Let the Matt Forte hype begin.
Tulane Athletics will be working on a new website, MattForte25.com, to get some national attention for the nation's leading rusher. The site is still in the works, but should be up later this week.
According to the Times Pic, the site will include pertinent video highlights, stats, and notes. The athletics department have also mailed out flyers to national media outlets (who have, in their defense, mentioned Forte's performance a number of times this week).
I just hope Forte and the offensive line will be able to deal with the hype, especially since teams will be gunning after the running game in hopes of being "the team that stopped Matt Forte." But we here at the Green Wave sports blog embrace the hype. Here are some more articles to check out:
