Army Match Players of the Game

1. Matt Forte (senior running back)- No surprises here, Forte has definitely emerged as the standout star on the Greew Wave this season. With 202 yards rushing on the game, Forte solidified his place in university history as the first Tulane player to rush 200-plus yards in his college career. Forte also nabbed two touchdowns on 32 carries and grabbed five passes for 45 yards from QB Anthony Scelfo.

2.Adam Kwentua (sophomore defensive end)- Kwentua, a former linebacker, earned a career-best two sacks at Army, and also aided the defensive line in restricting army to just 240 yards total and 47 yards on the ground.

3. Tulane defensive line- Saturday's game marked the third consecutive match in which the Wave earned 5-plus sacks. Limiting the Army offense to just 240 total yards and stopping 12 of 16 third down conversion attempts, Tulane's defense played exceptionally well for the duration of the game.
